MS in Human Resource Management and Development Online Information Session

Description: Senior human resource professionals must be able to lead people, lead business, and lead change by transforming the inherent power of human capital into opportunities for competitive advantage. They are increasingly expected to help shape institutional cultures, provide C-Suite support, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

The MS in Human Resource Management and Development, offered by the NYU School of Professional Studies, prepares you to satisfy this increasing need by providing the knowledge and building the skill sets that will position you as a strategic leader who is capable of advancing the organizational mission of any corporation, nonprofit entity, or government body.

Upon graduation, you will be able to analyze issues, to propose and to implement solutions, and to effectively optimize human capital for a range of organizations. The program can be completed fully online, or in a traditional classroom setting, or by blending a combination of the two formats.

You can select from one of four concentrations in: human resource management; organizational effectiveness; learning, development, and executive coaching; and global talent management.
