To meet the growing needs of business and industries that are requiring evidence-based workforce management and skills optimization, the NYUSPS Division of Programs in Business Human Capital Management Program is introducing the NEW MS in Human Capital Analytics and Technology. The 30-credit degree is designed to prepare well-rounded business analytics professionals with deep expertise in people and organization management. A comprehensive, well balanced seven-course core curriculum delivers the most current skills in data analysis and automation along with the foundations of behavioral and organization sciences, applied research and essential management skills. Six electives, including an internship option and a required experiential learning capstone, allow for the study and the application of a broad range of applied topics including intelligent automation, the digital workplace, and storytelling with data, as well as current and future trends in human capital analytics and technology.
